Effective 22 September 2026. This page describes general handling of changes, cancellation and refunds for separately agreed work.
Changes and scheduling
Where work is agreed, changes and rescheduling follow its written terms. Raising a change early makes it easier to distinguish completed work, work in progress and a respectful handoff.
Cancellation
Cancellation is handled according to the separate terms for a specific engagement. The appropriate approach may depend on completed work, preparation, scheduled time, records and the condition of the engagement at the time of the request.
Refunds
Refund questions relate to a specific paid engagement and its written terms, not this public website. Where relevant, those terms should clarify payment timing, completed work and how a proportionate resolution can be considered.
