A ROOM FOR WORKING QUESTIONS

Bring the
work question
into view.

Dofureqani offers a structured, unhurried place to consider professional direction, career transitions and the next move that deserves more attention. The aim is not an answer on demand; it is a clearer bearing for a real decision.

Person with a working notebook
A CAREER QUESTION BECOMES MORE USEFUL WHEN ITS CONDITIONS CAN BE NAMED.

02 / FOUR DIRECTIONS

Which part of
the work life
needs a bearing?

Choose a direction to give a professional question a focused starting point. The card is a conversation prompt, not a personality result or a guarantee about the right career outcome.

BEARING NOTE

A familiar role has started to ask for a different kind of attention

Begin with the live evidence: what work gives energy, which conditions create friction and what change has made the old route feel less proportionate to the person you are becoming.

THE EVIDENCE OF A CAREER IS NOT ONLY A LIST OF TITLES.

03 / WORK EVIDENCE TABLE

Read the
work already
in hand.

Career orientation can begin with the material that is already present: tasks, relationships, conditions, patterns of effort and moments that stay meaningful after the job description has ended.

  • WORK What do you actually do, make, hold or decide?
  • CONDITION When does that work become more or less possible?
  • WITNESS Who has seen you do it and can speak about it concretely?

04 / TURNING POINT CARDS

Let the
turning point
show itself.

Open a card to find a question for a professional turning point. The goal is not to reduce a career to a single moment, but to make the next experiment more proportionate.

Mentoring conversation
THE NEXT MOVE DOES NOT NEED TO BE THE ENTIRE MAP.

05 / ROOM-SCALE PAUSE

Give the
question a
little room.

Professional evidence materials
WHAT YOU CAN NAME IS EASIER TO TEST.

A / SIGNALWhat has become noticeable enough to deserve attention?

B / CONDITIONWhat context changes the meaning of the work?

C / EXPERIMENTWhat small action would create useful evidence?

D / RECORDWhat should the next conversation remember?

06 / LEARNING PORTRAIT

Practice near
the future you
can see.

A career learning plan is more useful when it is close to a real opportunity to use, explain or revisit the practice. Dofureqani helps turn broad professional interests into an observable next step without treating learning as a substitute for a whole career decision.

KEEP THE PRACTICE SMALL ENOUGH TO LEARN FROM IT.

07 / PRACTICE TRAY

Keep the next
materials within
reach.

Choose a tray label to change the prompt. These are materials for a career conversation, not a diagnostic result or a claim that every move should follow the same path.

08 / CHOICE COMPASS

Let each choice
have a visible
condition.

Select a compass reading. The purpose is to make a next professional decision more specific, not to declare the only correct route.

Role / What kind of responsibility would make the work feel more proportionate to your current experience and next learning edge?

09 / ORIENTATION SHELF

Questions to
keep close to
the choice.

A conversation may include professional direction, role transitions, work evidence, career narratives, learning plans, mentoring questions, decision conditions and next experiments. The scope should follow the person’s actual question and context. Dofureqani does not offer a guaranteed placement, salary outcome, diagnosis, recruitment service or an automated determination of a suitable career.

Yes. An uncertain next role can be a useful place to begin when the conversation stays close to real evidence: the work already done, conditions that matter, people who can reflect it back and small experiments that create a clearer picture. The aim is not to force a title quickly, but to make the next question and possible practice more concrete.

Please do not include private employment files, identification numbers, financial records, health information, passwords, confidential employer materials or other sensitive data in the public form. A broad description of the career or work question is enough. If a separate engagement proceeds, confidentiality, information handling and working boundaries should be addressed in written terms suited to the context.

A concise account of the working question is enough: what has become noticeable, what you have already tried, which conditions matter and what a useful conversation would help you see or test. You do not need a polished career story. Avoid confidential detail; a clear question about a genuine working condition makes a better starting point.

10 / FIRST NOTE

Put the
work question
in the room.

Describe the professional question or transition you want to consider. This is an enquiry only; it does not reserve a session, process payment or create a coaching agreement.
